Product Description
Festuca glauca 'Blue Fescue' is a compact, evergreen ornamental grass prized for its striking silver-blue to grey-blue foliage that provides year-round colour and texture in the garden. Its dense, rounded clumps create a neat, architectural appearance, making it an excellent choice for modern landscapes, rock gardens, borders, and container plantings.
During the warmer months, slender stems rise above the foliage bearing delicate buff-coloured flower heads that gently sway in the breeze, adding movement and seasonal interest. Drought tolerant once established and easy to maintain, Blue Fescue is an outstanding water-wise plant for South African gardens.
Supplied in a 2-litre nursery container, this hardy ornamental grass establishes quickly and provides long-lasting colour and structure with minimal maintenance.
