Product Description The Tiny Top & Pond is a compact, organic-style garden water feature cast in solid, heavy-duty stone concrete to replicate a miniature weathered sandstone boulder formation. The design features a rugged, craggy rock spillway top with an elevated bubbling spring well that cascades water down an intermediate stone hollow, before spilling in a soft curtain into the matching freeform pond basin below.
Weighing 55kg with a space-conscious 69cm width by 95cm depth and an accessible 48cm height, this concrete ensemble provides exceptional stability, wind resistance, and outdoor weather endurance in a compact footprint. Installation & Foundation Guide Install on a firm, flat, and well-compacted foundation to properly support the 55kg concrete weight. A level base of garden pavers, a concrete slab, or compacted crusher run is ideal. Use a spirit level across the pond rim before filling with water to ensure balanced depth and an even flow over the spillway lip. Submerge a compact fountain pump inside the basin reservoir and route flexible tubing up to the intake manifold located behind the Tiny Top (submersible pump sold separately).
Maintenance & Care
- Keep the pond basin filled with clean water so the submersible pump intake remains fully submerged during operation.
- Periodically remove fallen leaves, blossoms, and garden debris to keep water clear and pump intakes free of obstructions.
- Treat with a concrete-friendly, bird-safe algaecide to prevent green film buildup along the rock hollows and basin floor.
