Installation & Foundation Guide Install on a firm, flat, and well-compacted foundation to distribute its 115kg weight evenly. Position a standard submersible pond pump inside the basin reservoir and route flexible tubing up to the inlet manifold located behind the Rhapsody Top (submersible pump sold separately).
Maintenance & Care
- Keep the Birdhaven Pond filled with clean water so the submersible pump intake remains fully covered during operation.
- Periodically remove fallen leaves, blossoms, and garden debris to maintain crystal-clear water and prevent pump intake clogs.
- Treat with a concrete-safe, bird- and wildlife-friendly algaecide to prevent green film buildup along the rock shelves and basin floor.
