Curled Log Birdbath Top & Stand

Product Description The Curled Log Birdbath Top & Stand is a rustic, nature-inspired garden feature sculpted to recreate the weathered texture and organic curves of hollowed timber. The basin features an artistic curled-bark profile with realistic wood grain ridges, resting securely atop a matching upright tree-stump pedestal. This lifelike faux-bois design provides a functional freshwater haven for local birdlife while blending harmoniously into natural woodland plantings, cottage borders, and rockeries.

Moulded in solid, high-density cast stone concrete, the assembled set weighs a substantial 43kg. The elevated 83cm height lifts the water dish to an optimal level, keeping visiting birds safely clear of ground predators while maintaining complete stability against harsh weather, wind, and garden traffic.

Care & Maintenance

• Placement: Set the pedestal upright on a solid, level surface—such as a concrete slab, flat flagstone, or firm lawn footing—before locking the bowl securely in place.
• Watering & Hygiene: Scrub the hollow with a stiff bristle brush and refresh with clean water weekly to prevent algae formation and mosquito larvae.
• Positioning Tip: Position within 2 to 3 metres of nearby trees or shrubs so birds have a safe, sheltered retreat if startled.
• Frost & Winter Care: Drain the water basin during severe freezing conditions to protect against concrete stress caused by ice expansion.
