Baby Viroflay Spinach is a fast-growing, tender-leaved spinach variety producing smooth, dark-green leaves with a mild, fresh flavour. The young leaves are especially suitable for salads, sandwiches, smoothies and cooking. It can be harvested while young for baby spinach or allowed to develop larger leaves for cooking.
