Care & Maintenance

• Light: Position in bright, filtered light or soft morning sun. Adequate light intensity is essential to maintain the vibrant golden coloration of the central stripe.
• Watering: Water thoroughly when the soil is completely dry. Ensure excellent drainage and never allow the pot to sit in standing water to prevent stem rot.
• Feeding: Apply a balanced, slow-release liquid or granular foliage fertiliser once every 6 to 8 weeks during the warm spring and summer growing months.
• Pruning: Wipe leaves down with a damp cloth periodically to keep them dust-free. Prune old lower leaves cleanly from the trunk as they naturally dry and yellow.
