Westringia provides great colour contrast with grey foliage and white flowers from September – May. Great as a hedge or left unpruned in its natural ball shape. A great drought tolerant alternative to English Box.
Size: 30 – 45cm high x 30 – 45cm wide unpruned; 30cm high x 30cm wide pruned.
Uses: Hedges, borders, containers mass plantings and standards.
Position: Full sun to light shade. Suits most soil types. Tolerates frost and drought.
Care: Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established. Plant in a well mulched garden (chunky mulch is recommended). If required use slow release fertiliser in spring. Leave unpruned in its tidy natural shape or prune to shape 1-3 times a year after flowering (this depends on your requirements, more frequent pruning will provide a tidier shape).
