Pachypodium lamerei
Pachypodium lamerei is a striking succulent tree with a thick, spiny trunk topped by a crown of long, glossy green leaves, giving it a palm-like appearance. Despite its common name, it is not a true palm, but a drought-tolerant succulent. Ideal as a feature plant, it performs exceptionally well in containers, patios, courtyards, and warm South African gardens. Mature plants may produce fragrant white flowers under ideal conditions.
⚠️ Note: Sap is toxic; handle with care and keep away from pets and children.
