Rock Lily Birdbath Top & Stand

Product Description The Rock Lily Birdbath Top & Stand is a rugged, nature-inspired garden water feature sculpted to capture the organic texture and raw presence of natural weathered rock and mountain slate. Featuring an irregular, craggy freeform slab basin with an organically recessed central water well, it mimics a natural alpine rock pool where rainwater naturally collects. The heavy-textured top dish rests securely atop a matching, chiseled rock-pillar pedestal stand, grounding the piece firmly in its landscape setting.

Manufactured in solid, high-density cast stone concrete, the assembled set weighs a sturdy 30kg. Standing at a compact, well-balanced height of 56cm, it integrates seamlessly into low perennial beds, rockeries, succulent collections, or gravel courtyard spaces without interrupting sightlines, providing wild birds with a safe, natural freshwater station.

Care & Maintenance

• Placement: Position the rock pedestal upright on a solid, level footing—such as a flagstone paver, flat garden step, or compacted gravel bed—before seating the top slab basin securely in place.
• Hygiene & Cleaning: Refresh water regularly and scrub the textured basin with a stiff bristle brush and clean water to prevent algae buildup.
• Bird Comfort: Position within 2 to 3 metres of nearby trees or shrubs so visiting birds have a sheltered launching perch and a safe escape route.
• Winter / Freeze Care: In areas subject to severe freezing conditions, drain standing water during hard frosts to avoid concrete stress caused by ice expansion.
