Why plant Jasminum? This lovely, fragrant shrub can be used as ground covering under trees, trained against trellises, contained in pots or as a decorative flowering shrub amongst others. Plant it in well-composted soil and feed with slow release organic fertiliser to ensure rapid growth. It prefers well-drained soil and full sun or dappled shade and is resistant to light frost.
