Botanical Name: Parthenocissus quinquefolia
Common Names: Virginia Creeper, Five-leaved Ivy, American Ivy, Woodbine
📌 Product Description
Parthenocissus quinquefolia, commonly known as Virginia Creeper, is a vigorous deciduous climbing vine admired for its lush green foliage and spectacular seasonal colour. The leaves are composed of five leaflets, giving the plant its distinctive appearance.
During autumn, the foliage transforms into brilliant shades of red and crimson, creating a dramatic display before the leaves fall for winter. This fast-growing vine climbs using small adhesive tendrils, allowing it to easily attach to walls, fences, and other vertical structures.
Virginia Creeper is widely used in landscaping to cover buildings, pergolas, and fences while providing natural shade and seasonal beauty.
